Return & Refund Policy

At SkinAura, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we only accept returns if:

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product arrived damaged or defective.

  • The product is expired upon delivery.

To request a return, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the product

  • A brief explanation of the issue

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

If your order was paid online, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made through bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Change of mind after opening the product

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
